The Fine Print
Please read carefully. By submitting a candidate for referral, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Successful placement
The referrer will be awarded only once the referred candidate has been successfully placed by the Nova Recruitment team and has passed their probational period.*
No Prior Contact
First Referrer
If more than one person refers the same candidate, the referral will be awarded to the first referrer, based upon Nova’s records.
Personal Details
Both the referrer and the referred candidate must be 18 years of age at the time of referral & you may not refer yourself.
*If the placement is a temporary contract, the referred must successfully complete an appointment of 3 months to qualify for the award scheme.
