Connect by Nova

When Nova was founded in 2017, our focus was to become the premier recruitment agency for local talent in the Cayman Islands. The vision was to take recruitment services one step further to really engage with candidates on their career journeys. 

We realised a limitation in our capacity to deliver solutions needed by Caymanians that want, need and deserve to have the opportunity to get their careers on track. As a result, our team helped to found Connect by Nova, a non-profit committed to supporting individuals in the Cayman Islands to achieve career success through free, high-quality and professional careers, employment and training advice.

Who is Connect by Nova for?

Connect’s one-on-one services are available and tailored for individuals of all ages and at different stages of their careers who are looking to develop themselves further in the Cayman Islands. 

Looking for Work

Connect helps individuals explore potential careers, locate suitable positions, identify necessary qualifications, advise on how to present themselves as the ideal candidate, and prepare for their first day on the job.

Returning to Work

Connect’s career team assists candidates in developing a suitable career action plan, including up-skilling, interview prep, and network introductions, enabling individuals to secure a job that aligns with their skills and interests.

Further Education

Connect has the market knowledge to help individuals choose a strong course of study that not only meets the talent demand in Cayman but that also fits the unique abilities and personalities of each individual.

Recent Graduates

Connect provides expert advice, helping students to plan their next steps after they leave school and prepare to enter the workforce. Their team works in partnership with corporate sponsors to identify apprenticeships, internships, and entry-level positions.
