Collaborate with attorneys, including the Solicitor General and Crown Counsel, the Personal Assistant, and the Information Manager. Work in a professional, supportive environment, engaging with government departments, statutory bodies, and external agencies to ensure seamless operations.
How will I make a difference?
You'll manage legal documentation, databases, and records, organise attorney schedules, support FOI requests, and assist with legal research. By improving office practices and supporting litigation. You’ll also be tasked with ensuring efficiency and compliance with records management policies.
What do I need?
We’re looking for a fantastic candidate with a secretarial certificate or similar, along with at least five years of experience in an administrative role. If you have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and can handle confidential information with care, you’ll be a great fit for the team! Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and if you happen to have a paralegal qualification, that would be a wonderful bonus!
