How will I make a difference?

This role will have you providing support in the incorporation process, from document drafting to the onboarding of new clients and reviewing their relevant due diligence information. You will be a key player in small team, responsible for maintaining corporate records and handling the correspondence with clients and regulatory bodies.

What do I need?

We are looking for talented and focused professionals who are team players and can efficiently balance multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines. You’ll need a familiarity with CAP, CORIS and REEFs as well as with the Cayman Islands financial services industry and corporate structures.
