How will I make a difference?
 

You’ll be providing support in the incorporation process, from document drafting to the onboarding of new clients and reviewing their relevant due diligence information. It will also be necessary for you to assist in drafting board meeting minutes, maintaining corporate records and handling the correspondence with clients and regulatory bodies.

What do I need?

We are looking for talented and focused professionals who can work independently and efficiently balance multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines. You’ll need a familiarity with CAP, CORIS and REEFs as well as with the Cayman Islands financial services industry and corporate structures.
