Louise currently oversees the day-to-day operations of the CML Group of companies. In this capacity, Louise works closely with management to coordinate and drive the Group’s strategy development and operational effectiveness. Here in the Nova office, Louise focuses on creating purpose, elevating our values, cultivating career passion, and buying office snacks (which consist mainly of chocolate).

Louise's HR and Recruitment career has spanned 20+ years, where she started as a Recruiter and Manager in the UK’s fast-paced commercial search and selection industry, later spending eight years managing our sister company CML’s Financial Services recruitment. Louise's successes have allowed her to expand the CML Group with the founding of both Nova Recruitment in 2017 and, most recently, Connect by Nova in 2020, focusing on career development and training for the local community in Cayman.
