Hannah began her HR journey at Nova Recruitment, where she was the first person to go through the Tomorrow’s HR Apprenticeship, a 24-month program geared towards young professionals looking to begin a career in Human Resources. After spending two years at our sister company, CML Recruitment, and later co-founding Connect By Nova, Hannah is thrilled to be working day-to-day with the Nova Recruitment team again, where her focus is strategic planning, team development and ensuring the continuous support of our client's talent acquisition needs. 

 

For the past five years, Hannah has served on the Board of Directors for the Cayman Islands Society for Human Resources Professionals (CISHRP). It has always been a passion of Hannah's to share knowledge between generations, which is why she loves to be actively involved in the community.
