I am Nova’s HR Apprentice, and my primary focus is on providing support to my team in the recruitment process. This includes screening applications, corresponding with potential candidates, and carrying out various administrative tasks. As a recent university graduate with an MBA, specialising in HRM, my role offers me the opportunity to gain practical experience and expand my competencies and qualifications as an HR professional. 

 

My role sufficiently enables me to assist job seekers in navigating Cayman’s job market. I find immense satisfaction in being able to help people and make a difference in their lives. Whether it is guiding them through the application process or providing them with valuable career advice, I am always ready and happy to help!

 

 

I love Nova’s working environment and the connection that we all have with one another. Each of us takes pride in the work that we do, and I feel that reflects in the quality of our service. There’s always something new happening each week in the office that keeps me engaged in my role.
