The CML group of companies has appointed Louise Reed as incoming Managing Director*, overseeing the function of CML, Nova Recruitment, and the newest member of the group, Connect by Nova. Louise takes the reins from Steve McIntosh, who steps down after 17 successful years in the role.

Louise’s Recruitment and HR experience span over 20+ years; She joined CML Recruitment in 2009 as a Recruitment Consultant, managing the financial services recruitment for eight years. Over the past 12 years, Louise’s successes have allowed her to expand the CML Group with the founding of both Nova Recruitment in 2016 and Connect by Nova in 2020, focusing on career development and training options for the local community in Cayman.

Louise is passionate about diversity and inclusivity and is committed to supporting the talent development of aspirational individuals. She is a founding member of NPO Gender Equality Cayman and served as Co-Chairperson of the Board for four years. Prior to this, Louise served six years as a Director for the Board of The Cayman Islands Human Resources professionals.

Steve McIntosh will remain a contributing member of the board of the CML group whilst focusing on the day-to-day operations of his newest venture, CareerPoint , a career coaching app launching soon.
