In reviewing the numbers so far for 2024, 92% of Nova’s placements were Caymanians; only one position the team has placed has required a work permit, which was for a niche role where no local talent was identified to fit the needs of the hiring manager at that time.

The predominant areas the Nova team has placed talent in so far in 2024 is within non-qualified accounting and financial support positions, followed closely by compliance. Nova is not just focused on financial services jobs however, we have clients in several sectors hiring in a variety of areas, including human resources, general administration, insurance, marketing, and property management.
